- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Paypal and Apple Pay are accepted for non-subscription orders.
- How will I know if my order successfully went through?
- You will receive an order confirmation email which contains the details of your order. Please save this email for your record as it is your receipt. It includes your order number, the details of the products and prices, taxes, shipping method and charges (if applicable), and shipping and billing information.

- How does it work?
- Build your own customized box and save up to 45%. Select up to 10 products to include in your box that will be delivered directly to your door every 3 months just when you need it.
- How do you ship my products?
- Enjoy free 2-Day USPS Priority shipping with every subscription box. Once an order is placed and processed, you will receive an order confirmation.
- How do I manage my subscription box?
- Please log into your account here or on our website to manage, modify, or cancel your subscription box.
- How do I modify my quarterly box?
- You can customize your box up to 3 days before the order processing date. Once you finalize your selections, your customized box will be shipped.
- What if my address changes?
- If you need to update your shipping address, please log in to change it or contact us directly at pilot@pilotmens.com.
- Can I send a box to a friend?
- Yes, please visit our “Gift-a-Box” section to send a pre-customized box of Pilot Men’s grooming must-haves. A $10 coupon code for your friend is always included.

- Can women use my products?
- Yes! Don’t worry, your lady won’t grow hair on her chest if she uses our products. Even though our products are designed for men groom, women enjoy them as well, especially The Finest Face Cleanser and The Best Bar Soap.
- Where are the products made?
- All of our products are made and formulated right here in the USA.
- Do you test any of your products on animals?
- We do not perform animal testing on any of our products.
- How should I dispose my containers?
- Please kindly recycle all of our containers, because you can and should.
- Can I purchase individual products?
- Yes, you can always purchase products without subscribing to a box. However, you will have to pay $4.99 for shipping.
