Pilot Men’s Grooming and Skincare is confident that our products will enhance your grooming experience. It is our goal to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with our products, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase date.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice date for new or used products for as long as there’s at least 75% of the product remaining. Should you return a part of your subscription box, we will refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product(s) you are returning. Please note, we do not accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) plus any tax applied on the item(s), excluding any promotional discounts applied to the order. Returns must include all products shipped in original packaging. Any product issues or damage must be reported within 14 days of shipping. We do not accept returns on any orders past 30 days of purchase.
Should you decide to return a product, please email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. Please include your order details and reasons for return in order to expedite the process. Once you receive authorization, please ship package to the following address with order number. Pilot Men’s Grooming & Skin Care does not cover the cost for return shipping.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take longer to reflect the transaction. If paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost.
